To freeze cake: Allow cake to cool completely. Wrap un-iced cake in cling wrap and place in an airtight container and freeze for up to 1 month.
To thaw: Remove cling wrap and set cake aside to thaw completely prior to icing and serving.

Preparation Instructions: 1.PREHEAT Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F (160°C fan forced). Grease and flour loaf pan or lightly grease and line with baking paper. 2. MIX Place cake mix, egg, water and vegetable oil into mixing bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon until ingredients are combined. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. 3. BAKE for 40-45 minutes. Cake is baked if it springs back when lightly touched in centre. Allow to cool for 5 minutes prior to inverting onto cooling rack. 4. ICE Empty icing mix into a mixing bowl with margarine or butter and milk. Using an electric mixer, mix on low speed until ingredients are combined. Mix on medium speed for two minutes. Spread prepared icing over top of cooled cake. Microwave Instructions (1000w microwave oven) Place cake mix, 2 eggs and 3 tablespoons (60mL) polyunsaturated vegetable oil and 2/3 cup (150mL) of water into a large mixing bowl.
