Preparation Instructions: Classic light and fluffy pancakes ready in minutes, simply just add water, shake and cook. Shake well to loosen dry mix. Remove cap.Add 1 2/3 cups (410mL) water.Replace cap tightly. Turn upside down and tap cap sharply on bench to loosen mix.Shake vigorously for 1-2 minutes.Pour approx. 60mL (1/2 cup) of batter into hot, lightly greased non-stick frying pan.Cook over medium-low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
