Looking for a paleo bircher muesli? Blend13 (formally known as Neoblend) is the perfect balance of fruits, seeds and nuts. A grain-free, paleo muesli for the modern gatherer!

A fruitier, nuttier, 100% Paleo friendly version of the original naturopath-approved-breakfast ‘Blend11′, with similar nutritional values, that is completely grain free. This paleo bircher muesli has no preservatives, yucky vegetable oil or added sugar on any of the dried fruit, no cheap fillers – it’s all top quality, 100% Paleo approved yumminess. Like the Blend11, you must activate overnight for optimum nutrition. Ingredients are certified organic wherever possible – usually 10 out of 13.

Blend13 is a functional food booster that can be added to smoothies, yoghurts, shakes, muesli or cereal. Those with IBS / FODMAP sensitivities are generally better off starting with Blend11 (it is FODMAP friendly, Blend13 has higher levels due to the extra dried fruits).

Direction for Use

Blend13 must be activated or soaked overnight (same as Blend11, as per instructions) to ensure ease of digestion & maximum nutrient absorption.

For the strict Paleo, Blend13 goes beautifully with coconut yoghurt, or can be added into Paleo-friendly smoothies/shakes etc. No need to add fruit, it’s all there, which makes the blend almost tasty enough to eat just activated, with nothing else added!

For the regular user, Blend13 can be used in exactly the same way as Blend11 (balls, Bircher, bars, breakfast topper), remembering that there’s already some fruit so not to go overboard with added sweetness.
