How to Brew the Perfect Coffee. Espresso Machine:

1. Loosely fill group handle with coffee.
2. Level off and compact.
3. Place group handle onto machine. Brew immediately.
4. Add hot water for long black steamed milk for latte frothed milk for cappuccino or enjoy straight for a traditional espresso. Plunger:
5. Add two tablespoons of coffee per person to plunger.
6. Pour freshly boiled water in. Stir once.
7. Brew for 4 minutes.
8. Gently plunge.
9. Pour into warm cups and enjoy. Stove Top Caffettiera:
10. Fill bottom pot with hot water up to the safety valve.
11. Loosely fill coffee basket with coffee and level to the rim.
12. Attach top to base and place on medium heat.
13. Once coffee has brewed into the top chamber remove from heat.
