Preparation Instructions: Prep: 10 mins Baking: 18-20 mins Serves 12For muffins you will need:1 egg125g melted butter1 cup (250mL) water12 cup muffin panPreheat: Preheat oven to 180°C (160° fan-forced). Grease and flour muffin pan. Mix: Place muffin mix, egg, butter and water into mixing bowl. Mix with a wooden spoon until combined. Divide batter evenly between muffin cups.Bake: Bake for 18-20 minutes. Muffins are baked if they spring back when touched in centre. Allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes prior to transferring onto the cooling rack.
