Each 484mcL dose (15 drops) contains herbal extract equivalent to:Avena sativa* (Oats) fresh herb top flowering 394.4mg

Contains: Ethanol

Dose & Administration

Adults and children 12 years and over: take 484mcL dose (15 drops) in 50mL of water, 3-5 times daily, 30 minutes before meals.

Children 3 to 11 years: give 194mcL (6 drops) in 50mL of water, 3 times daily, 30 minutes before meals, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Cautions/Contra-Indications

Not recommended during pregnancy or breast feeding, for people taking prescription medication. for people with allergies to Avena sativa & related species or for people with Hypothyroidism.
