Dose & Administration

Suggested Use:Add 50gm (1/3 cup) of WonderFoods Wonder Whey to 500ml of cold water (200gm makes 2 litres). Shake vigorously in a shaker until dissolved or use a whisk, beater or blender. Best to chill for a few hours for full taste. Enjoy your Wonderfoods Wonder Whey by adding to baked goods, cereal, sauces, soup, tea & coffee and as a substitute, where a recipe calls for milk.
